Congratulations!

You've made it to the end of the 3rd week and the 21 Day Challenge.

Time for some well deserved rest and recovery which are a really important part of the results process.

If you're really ready to start making changes with your nutrition and activity plan, first thing you need to do is understand the things that you are doing so that you can recognize the things that you need to change.


To do that, you need to start keeping a simple journal.


Every day, write down all the things that you're consuming and all the activity that you're doing.


And at the end of a week, you can sit down and review where those changes need to be made.
